Education

Over 80% of our staff are fully qualified, so we guarantee that your child will learn in a suitably resourced environment to the best of their ability.

Our holistic learning programme extends children’s individual interests and strengths while linking to New Zealand’s National Early Childhood curriculum Te Whariki.

We offer stimulating opportunities for children to become involved in such activities as caring for animals, plants and gardens which has strong learning links to the living world. Frequent community visits and outings extend children’s knowledge of their wider world.

Food

We have a carefully designed menu at 4woods, providing healthy, nutritious food for your little one. We have a wonderful chef keeping the food interesting and fun for the kids.

Healthy morning and afternoon tea snacks are also provided. If your child is with us later in the afternoon a light bite is provided.

If your child has any allergies or intolerances, just let us know when you fill out the enrolment form.

Clothing

We encourage our tamariki to take risks in their play which means getting dirty is inevitable, so please pack a couple of spare changes of clothes in your child’s bag for their comfort.

Please clearly name all of your child’s belongings.

Policies & Procedures

We no longer offer Oscar subsidies for before and after school care.

A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged if your child attends before or after their enrolment times.

Please refer to our policy page for further detail.
